Training equipment should be introduced through appropriate instruction. Ask what each item is used for in the course and how practice is organised. Follow the instructor’s directions and report concerns about the condition of equipment before continuing.
Every workplace has its own communication arrangements. Ask how instructions, concerns, and changes are shared during a shift. Practise within the system your employer explains, and seek clarification when your role in an exercise is unclear.
Feedback is most useful when you understand the point being made. Ask your instructor what to focus on during the next supervised attempt. Record the question afterward and revisit it at the next appropriate practice session.
